1. Sweepstakes Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Reward Sweepstakes Promotions ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to:

• Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Individuals with a valid email address

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins and ends as stated on the entry page. All entries must be received during the sweepstakes period. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the sweepstakes entry page and submit your valid email address. Only one (1) entry per person, per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

• Prize: One (1) $1,000 Shopping Reward Gift Card
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD
• Number of Winners: One (1)

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.

8. Conditions of Participation

By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation
• Allow Sponsor to use their name and general location for promotional purposes (unless prohibited by law)
• Receive marketing communications from Sponsor and its partners (opt-out available)

9. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or violates these terms. Use of automated entry methods (bots, scripts) is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures; incorrect or inaccurate information; or any injury or damage to persons or property. By entering, participants release Sponsor from all claims arising from participation.

11. Disputes

All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by the laws of the United States. Participants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters related to the sweepstakes are final and binding.
